Circa, Él Bebe restaurants open at The Boro in Tysons

Get your weekend brunch fix before a baseball game (or in general) at this new Navy Yard Mexican spot from the group behind Circa.

“Portabellas have a meaty flavor,” says Michael Huff, culinary director of Metropolitan Hospitality Group, which owns the taqueria. That's why he chose them as the base for this meatless taco.

A deep selection of appetizers, dips, and fusion tacos make it a nice fit for a pregame pit stop.

El Bebe, meanwhile, is a taqueria-and-mezcal joint that also serves burritos, nachos and queso fundido, alongside frozen and classic margaritas

The group behind Circa, Open Road, and TRIO Grill has added a taco and tequila joint to the mix. Naturally, Él Bebe, which translates to ‘he drinks,’ offers plenty of tequila cocktails, frozen margaritas, beer, and wine.

When the team behind the Circa chain of restaurants began brainstorming for its new concept, it didn’t shy away from two of the hottest food trends in the city: Mexican fare and cocktails. That crowd-pleasing format is the cornerstone of Él Bebe, now open in Navy Yard.
